The Non-Profit Club is a membership program of ImpactGRID, the nonprofit and community-impact initiative of OfferGRID USA. Membership starts at $1 to join. Any additional platform or service costs are disclosed before you commit to them.

No guarantee of funding
Membership does not guarantee funding, grants, donations, referral compensation or any other financial result. Eligibility for consideration is not a promise of support.
No endorsement
Participation in ImpactGRID or The Non-Profit Club does not constitute endorsement, certification or verification of an organization by OfferGRID USA.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Amounts already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform lawfully, to comply with applicable email and text messaging regulations, and not to misrepresent your organization, your programs or your relationship with ImpactGRID or OfferGRID USA.
Third-party platforms
Some technology is provided through third-party platforms, including the Unleash Platform and GoHighLevel. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpactGRID and OfferGRID USA are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the program.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
