Why ImpactGRID Exists

Nonprofit organizations are usually short on three things at once: money, technology and time. Most programs solve one of them and sell another tool. ImpactGRID exists to connect technology, fundraising, business relationships, economic opportunity and community impact into one practical system.

The OfferGRID 20% Commitment

OfferGRID USA commits 20% of its profits to organizations and initiatives creating positive community impact. Participating ImpactGRID organizations may become eligible for consideration through the nonprofit review process.

How Organizations Become Eligible

Organizations join the Non-Profit Club, share what they do and what they need, and work through the review process. Consideration generally favors organizations doing verifiable community work, communicating clearly about outcomes and using support responsibly.

What We Look For

  • Real, active community work
  • Clear description of programs and who they serve
  • Willingness to measure and report outcomes
  • Responsible use of resources
  • Genuine need where support would make a difference

Club Member, Partner and Supported Organization

These three statuses mean different things and are never used interchangeably.

ImpactGRID Club Member

An organization participating in the Non-Profit Club. This does not mean OfferGRID has independently verified, endorsed or funded the organization.

ImpactGRID Non-Profit Partner

An organization that has completed the required partner review and is approved for public listing in the partner directory.

ImpactGRID Supported Organization

An organization that has actually received financial or material support through the ImpactGRID and OfferGRID giveback program.
